Scottish Candidate Numbers (SCN)

Scottish Candidate Numbers (SCNs) have been in existence since 1994 and are allocated to learners during their school years. The SQA checklist below has been put together so that centres have a number of key questions that can be asked to ascertain whether or not the candidate already has an SCN allocated to them.
