Pearson Glass Ltd – Peninsula Certificate of Achievement

Pearson’s Glass Ltd of Liverpool is a long established firm, involved in the processing of glass for display systems in museums and retail stores and, as the largest stockists of stained glass in the country, supplying restoration glass for churches and specialist glass for craftsmen, the company prides itself on staff retention.

The family company was recently presented with a Peninsula Gold Award Certificate of Achievement for its commitment to a high standard of personnel practice.

Said Personnel and Training Manager, Lisa Beaver: “Being the only one dealing with personnel issues in a company of 75 employees, spread over four sites, can be stressful and complicated at times.
