NVQ Code of Practice Revised 2006

The Regulatory Authorities (QCA, DELLS and CCEA) have published the Revised NVQ Code of Practice. The Code can be downloaded from the QCA Website In addition you can order copies of the Code.

The key changes are as follows:

• There is now an explicit requirement that assessment carried out in a language other than English or Welsh must provide clear evidence that the candidate is also competent in English or Welsh to the standard required for competent performance throughout the United Kingdom.
