RT Resources active in Northern Ireland

R T Resources Ltd is a private training provider delivering NVQs in Glass and related occupations in Northern Ireland. With five years experience in delivering national vocational qualifications accredited by GQA, they offer NVQs in all industry occupations including Glass Processing, Production of Glass Supporting Fabrications, Fenestration Installation, Glazing Installation and Maintenance and Glass Manufacturing. They will work with employers of all sizes.
Their team of experienced Assessors are well versed in the delivery of NVQs and respond to the needs both of the individual and the employer. The NVQ is delivered in the workplace, or on site, making the training and assessment relevant to the job being done. The flexible approach to delivery means that candidates learn and become competent while being able to do a job for an employer in times when resources are tight within organisations in the industry. They deliver NVQs at Levels 2 and 3, ensuring that candidates with varying levels of skill and experience have access to NVQs.

An Initial Assessment, Personal Training Plan and Induction programme is conducted to ensure that the requirements and expectations of all parties are addressed and fulfilled, with the focus on the individuals needs.
