Sculptural installations by students from the Glass, Ceramics and Metals Subjects of the Design and Applied Arts Course at the School of Art and Design, University of Wolverhampton.
At the Birmingham Botanical Gardens
12A Westbourne Road,
Edgbaston,

This exhibition celebrates the interdependent partnership between people and plant life. The sculptural installations are made in Glass, Ceramics and Metal and are installed naturally in and around the plants in all the tropical and subtropical gardens, the ponds, suspended within the trees and foliage and within the Glasshouse architecture itself and placed externally around the Botanical Gardens landscape.
Your journey around the gardens should be a voyage of discovery as you come across beautifully hand made and crafted artefacts which blend with and emerge from the natural world which surrounds you.
Please go along and see the works and the beautiful gardens themselves, some of which are also housed in the Gallery shop and most of which are for sale.
